Return Policy
At Professional Tiler, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below for details on how to return products.
1. Return Eligibility
- Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Product Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition, free from damage or alteration, and returned in the original packaging.
- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee may apply to eligible returned items.
- Batch Matching: Returns are only accepted if materials from the same batch are available in our inventory.
- Exclusions:
- Special orders and discontinued products are not eligible for return or restocking.
2. How to Return an Item
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Shop@ptts.ae or 054-4421065 with your order number and reason for the return.
3. Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
4. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at Shop@ptts.ae .
